System troubleshooting and diagnostics for OEI RealMom and Tactical Systems

Both OEI Realmom and Tactical systems communicate by way of WIFI confirming connectivity is always recommended prior to connection.

1. With Mannequin in the ON state; Open network settings on either IPAD/Tablet.
2. Confirm Proper Serial Number is Selected OVD-XX/TCCS-XX
3. Wifi Password: oeiadmin
4. Once the connection is confirmed and connected fully close out all apps
5. Open OEI APP
6. IP address is: 10.42.0.1
7. The app will open; wait for the battery level display to populate on the top right corner of the screen.
8. On the top left corner select the Menu list and click on Diagnostics
9. Diagnostics is a great tool that gives you the opportunity to confirm all electronic boards are functional. A great troubleshooting tool for the end user.
10. Make sure all identified boards is identified as OK this demonstrates system is communicating properly
11. if any FAILED is observed than OEI customer service should be contacted immediately.
12. In Diagnostics you can also perform completely Shut-Down of the system. located on the bottom right corner. Also a great feature if you want to avoid pressing the on/off switch on the mannequin.
