Operative Experience Support and Maintenance Warranty Program (US domestic customers only)

Onsite Preventative Maintenance

Provided with purchase of Gold Plan Support and Maintenance Warranty includes"

  1. Visit to your facility once per year by a support technician 
  2. Prior to an onsite visit, an OEI technician will review your system with you via phone or video conference

The onsite visit includes:

A head-to-toe hardware and software system diagnosis to ensure everything is working properly 

Repair anything that needs replacing or updating, including but not limited to: 

i. Upgrade/Update Software 

ii. Repair tears in the skin 

iii. Charge batteries and confirm they are functioning properly 

iv. Clean system and provide training on the best way to clean the simulator 

v. Replace uterus (RealMom only)
