System troubleshooting and diagnostics for OEI RealMom
Both OEI RealMom and Tactical systems communicate by way of WIFI confirming connectivity is always recommended prior to connection.
- With Mannequin in the ON state; Open network settings on either IPAD/Tablet.
 - Confirm Proper Serial Number is Selected OVD-XX/TCCS-XX
 - Wifi Password: oeiadmin
 - Once the connection is confirmed and connected fully close out all apps.
 - Open OEI APP.
 - ip address is: 10.42.0.1
 - App will open; wait for the battery level display to populate on the top right corner of the screen.
 - On the top left corner select the Menu list and click on Diagnostics.
 - Diagnostics is a great tool that gives you the opportunity to confirm all electronic boards are functional. A great troubleshooting tool for the end user.
 - Make sure all identified boards is identified as OK this demonstrates system is communicating properly.
 - If any FAILED is observed then OEI customer service should be contacted immediately.
 - In Diagnostics you can also perform completely Shut-Down of the system. located on the bottom right corner. Also a great feature if you want to avoid pressing the on/off switch on the mannequin.
